not relicensed by the campaign.

These files contain junction point data, rather than Council allocation
or Green Belt boundary layers. This licence does not grant rights in
those boundary datasets or any Ordnance Survey data within them.

See junction-map-source-notes.txt for the method, confidence definitions
and known uncertainties. A junction's inclusion in a list does not mean
that the source report publishes a test result for it.
